Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our expanding Sales & Marketing team at MDR WebS. You will be responsible for promoting MDR WebS software products (School, Lab, Hospital, Hotel, Pharmacy Management Systems) and custom website services to local and regional business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients in education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Present and demonstrate MDR WebS software applications and web development packages to business owners.
- Generate qualified business leads through field visits, direct outreach, networking events, and digital channels.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with institutional clients and decision-makers.
- Meet monthly sales milestones and report client feedback and pipeline status to management.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding and setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic understanding of software products, web services, and IT solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of local commercial areas in Uttar Dinajpur, Malda, and nearby districts.
